CEOs & Executives
The decisions that define a tenure are rarely the ones you planned for.
The call that defines your tenure arrives in a compressed window, with information you do not fully have, and consequences you cannot reverse once you act. Your team can run the numbers. What they cannot give you is a read from outside your reporting lines: a judgment not shaped by the internal politics of the decision or the relationships around the board table. That independent second read is what your own bench, by its position, cannot provide.
What you engage us for
You engage Avior to stress-test the recommendation before it leaves your office. To name the assumption no one has said out loud. To find the downside the internal team has quietly underweighted. To tell you the counterparty's real position, not the one their bankers have staged. We do not validate a decision you have already made. We pressure it, in a healthcare and life sciences market we have crossed on live mandates across the UAE, KSA, and the wider GCC.
How we work
The principal who reviews your situation is the principal who does the work: first meeting to final recommendation, no junior team running the analysis while a partner manages you. The mandate is scoped to the decision and closed when it is made, not stretched past the point it is useful. Where a call carries regional exposure, we map the geopolitical scenarios that bear on it rather than filing them as background.
Some decisions cannot be delegated. The counsel that shapes them should not be either.
