Avior Advisory wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

Steps we take
- Semantic HTML: pages are built with meaningful structure, so headings, landmarks, and links carry the right roles.
- Keyboard navigation: interactive elements can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
- Contrast: primary text and controls are set for strong contrast against their background. We are raising the few lighter accent colours that remain to the AA threshold.
- Reduced motion: where motion is used, it is subtle, and it is disabled for visitors whose system requests reduced motion.

Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time task. We review the site as it changes and correct issues we find. If a third-party component falls short, we look for an accessible alternative.
