AI at Avior

The machine does the reading. The judgment stays ours.

We use AI where it earns its place: the mechanical work that used to consume a junior team for weeks. It does that work in hours. The time it returns goes back into the decision, where a principal belongs.

Where it works

Three places it does real work.

  • 01 / DILIGENCE

    Diligence at scale

A data room holds thousands of documents. AI reads all of them, flags the licence condition buried in an appendix, the change-of-control clause, the contract that expires the month after close. A person then checks what it found. Nothing enters the recommendation unread by us.

  • 02 / MODELLING

    Modelling and scenarios

We build the operating and transaction models by hand. AI runs them across ranges we would not have had time to test manually, so the base, upside, and downside case each rest on more than one analyst's afternoon.

  • 03 / RESEARCH

    Research synthesis

Market and regulatory ground shifts. AI gathers and orders the source material (filings, guidance, precedent) into something a principal can read in one sitting. The reading of it stays human.

The line does not move

The line does not move.

AI compresses the work; it does not make the call. It surfaces what to look at; a senior advisor decides what it means and puts a name to the conclusion. When we tell you a deal is wrong, a person is accountable for saying so.

What’s next

More is in build: interactive tools you can run yourself, and a client workspace for engagements in flight. We ship them when they are ready, not to a date.

The standard holds

The work is faster. The standard is the same.

Engagement · Limited mandates

Choosing who advises you is itself a strategic decision.

We take a limited number of mandates at any time. If you are working a decision that needs independent counsel, start with a conversation.
