Renewal Filed Inside the Window
The 90-day window tracked per facility, the file assembled, and the application lodged with time to answer a query.
DHA and DoH each publish a renewal window, an inspection standard, and a stream of circulars that change what your facility must do, and none of them send a reminder. Our regulatory team carries the calendar for you: the renewal is filed inside the window, the file is inspection-ready before the inspector books, and every instrument that touches your licence class reaches you with a named action and a date.
Retainer. From AED 2,000 per facility per month, agreed per licence class and emirate. Regulatory Watch briefings included.
Who engages this
Single-site clinics and polyclinic groups in Dubai and Abu Dhabi whose owner or medical director is doing the regulatory work in the evenings. Groups with sites under more than one regulator, where DHA and DoH run different calendars. Operators who have had a renewal bounce, an inspection finding, or a Tawteen notice and do not want a second one. Investors who have just bought a facility and need to know the licence will still be there at the next renewal.
The work
The 90-day window tracked per facility, the file assembled, and the application lodged with time to answer a query.
The facility walked against the current standard before the regulator does, with the findings closed first.
The annual DoH information-security self-assessment and the Malaffi or Nabidh obligations kept current.
Every professional licence, PSV and credentialing date on one calendar, so a clinician never falls out of licence mid-roster.
Regulatory Watch on every instrument that applies to your class and emirate, with what it costs and when it is due.
Adding a service, a specialty or a shareholder without putting the existing licence at risk.
On a mandate
A six-clinic group in Dubai and Sharjah had two licences under DHA and four under MOHAP, with renewal dates spread across the year and a practice manager tracking them in a spreadsheet. One renewal had already slipped past the window and cost a month of billing at that site. We took over the calendar, moved all six files to a single standard, and filed the next three renewals a month early. In the first year no site lost a billing day to a licence, and two circulars that would have required a service suspension were answered before the deadline.
Questions
A DHA facility licence can be renewed late, with a penalty, for up to six months after expiry. After that it is cancelled and the facility applies as a new entrant, which means a new inspection, new approvals and, in practice, weeks without billing. The retainer exists so that date never arrives.
No. The practice manager keeps the day-to-day. We carry the regulatory calendar, assemble and lodge the files, and read every circular so that nobody at the facility has to. Where the regulator needs a signature from the licence holder, we prepare it and tell you when.
Per facility, because each licence has its own calendar and inspection. Groups with several sites under one regulator pay less per site than a single clinic does, and the price is fixed in writing before the retainer starts.
Yes, and that is the usual way it begins. If the renewal window is already open we file first and set the calendar afterwards.
If a renewal, an inspection or a circular is sitting on the medical director's desk, start with a conversation.
